Uraikombank is signed as SST newest customer

Our Company will conduct an installation of the 3Card software complex at one of the largest banks of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area
In the framework of the
contract signed SST employees will provide a full-scale automation and a
subsequent integration of the Bank’s IT systems in terms of the 3Card-F online processing center and the 3Card-R multifunctional retail complex.
The main goal of the project
is the support of payment cards’ issue and acquiring for VISA (acquiring) and
MasterCard (issue and acquiring) international payment systems, and for the Union
Card national payment system on the basis of the 3Card-R Bank Cards module. Also a splicing between the 3Card-F real-time processing center and VISA,
MasterCard and NCC/Union Card payment systems will be realized.
Also, following 3Card functionalities
will be installed in course of the project:
- «Loan agreements»: credit support (including overdraft credits)
for natural persons and credit card functionality.
- «Cashless transfers»: transfers from client accounts and without
account opening.
- «Municipal payments»: conduction of municipal placement both through
ATMs and through the 3Card-R workplaces.
An installation of the 3Card multifunctional
complex and a subsequent integration of IT-services will help Uraisky Commercial
Bank Ltd. to accomplish full and qualitative support of its projects in retail
sector and to achieve a ‘frequent customer’ status by supporting international
and local payment systems activities.
