3Card-F is a set of software applications designed to ensure automatic interchange and real-time processing of online (authorization) messages resulting from transactions made with payment cards. It has been designed to process card transactions at Members’ (Acquirers’ and Issuers’) Authorization Centers and at inter-bank Authorization Interchange Centers.
